POSITION SUMMARY

The Pest Management Technician will be responsible for inspecting sites, identifying potential causes of pest issues, applying appropriate intervention methods, and clearly documenting all actions taken. The role requires strong observational skills, attention to quality work, and a professional approach when interacting with clients.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Conducting on-site inspections and establishing accurate diagnoses.
• Applying appropriate treatments in accordance with industry protocols and standards.
• Preparing detailed reports and providing preventive recommendations.
• Maintaining professional and reassuring communication with clients.
• Properly maintaining the provided vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Participating in ongoing training and applying newly learned practices.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in technical tasks and fieldwork.
• Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and rigor.
• Commitment to safe and eco-responsible practices.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French; functional written and spoken English (bilingualism is an asset).
