Job descriptionProactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment. Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Present tailored products and value-driven solutions to potential clients. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs, operations, and opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uniking’s product offerings and their applications. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities. Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director. Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements. Reporting To : Sales Director Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Lead generation and conversion rates. Client retention and satisfaction scores. Progress in training milestones and product knowledge. Revenue contribution and territory growth. Commission pay Quarterly / Annual Performance Bonus 8 hour shift Monday to Friday English & French (required) Automobile allowance Company events Paid time off

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or a related role.
Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively.

Education
High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
