We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in cultivating new business and delivering impactful solutions. In this role, you will represent and sell a diverse range of high-quality performance products into a multitude of different industries. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
- Cultivate and find new business opportunities.
- Revive dormant accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to find new business, grow current business and provide high level customer service.
- Keep CRM systems up-to-date with information on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, including client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is considered an asset.
- Preferred) Experience in the plastics or industrial distribution industry.
- Preferred) Experience managing a sales territory.
