Salary : CAD $70,000$80,000
As a IaaS Technical Sales Executive, you will convert inbound leads into ServerMania customers through consultative, technically informed sales. Youll assess customer requirements, recommend appropriate server and infrastructure solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and guide new clients through onboarding. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with strong English skills, technical server knowledge, and experience in IaaS or related hosting environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : CAD $70,000$80,000
On-target earnings (OTE) : CAD $85,000$95,000
Uncapped commission structure with bonuses for social media reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales preferably in hosting, cloud services, IaaS, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong IT Background preferably in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), dedicated servers, cloud hosting, or related technical fields.
- Excellent English Communication Skills clear, professional written and spoken English is essential.
- Formal Sales Training familiarity with Consultative Selling, Gap Selling, or similar modern sales methodologies.
- Technical Understanding of Server Hardware, including :
Differences between SSD, NVMe, SATA, enterprise drives
Specific expectations for the role :
Transferring Accounts
At the end of each quarter, you will be expected to provide Account Managers a list of accounts to graduate from your portfolio for dedicated account management. This regular transfer of accounts is crucial for the IaaS Technical Sales Executive to maintain the capacity necessary to focus on new customer acquisition without the daily and ongoing distractions of account management. Equally, this policy helps maintain fairness by providing the account management team fresh opportunities to work with new customers and further nurture accounts.
Account Portfolio Guidelines
Your customer portfolio must not exceed at least one of the following boundaries :
I.e., the sales rep must choose which accounts to keep under their purview in order to maintain the portfolio within at least one of these boundaries. You may exceed 50 customer accounts if you maintain <=$100,000 / mo MRR. You may exceed $100,000 / mo MRR if you have less than 50 customer accounts. Exceptions to this rule are made for accounts
