Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist based in Ontario. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge in the heat pump and HVAC sectors, responsible for assisting partner company technicians with troubleshooting through virtual technical support.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an emerging brand in a dynamic, high-energy start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite support.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Providing step-by-step guidance to customers.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve support processes.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Facilitating training sessions for dealers on installation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Offering strong customer service with patience and empathy.
