Job descriptionPost‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. CHRP designation is preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi‑site environment. Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and ADP Workforce Now (WFN). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Predominately on‑site with some flexibility to work from home (schedule may change at discretion of company). Fast‑paced, professional environment requiring a high degree of independence and reliability. Opportunities for collaboration with medical, finance and executive teams.

Our client, one of Ontario’s largest and most respected medical clinic networks with over 30 locations and 300 employees , is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused healthcare environment.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the President, the HR Manager will oversee all human resources operations, ensuring policies, programs, and people practices align with the organization’s mission and values. The role will balance strategic HR planning with day‑to‑day operations , supporting both clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding across multiple locations.
- Foster relationships with colleges and universities to build strong hiring pipelines.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and management on HR‑related matters.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards and healthcare regulations.
- Support performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll, benefits, and employee leave administration.
