Je recrute actuellement pour un de mes clients, une entreprise manufacturière dans l'industrie aéronautique un(e) Conseiller(e) ESS (Environnement, Santé et Sécurité) et RH - Poste permanent - Quart de jour.
Votre fonction
Relevant du Directeur de site, vous êtes en charge des tâches suivantes :
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des programmes ESS en conformité avec les normes et règlements en vigueur.
- Effectuer des audits et inspections pour s'assurer de la conformité des pratiques ESS.
- Gérer les dossiers de prévention des accidents et coordonner les activités liées à la santé et la sécurité des employés.
- Collaborer avec les opérations pour identifier et résoudre les risques liés à l'environnement de travail.
- Offrir des formations et sensibilisations aux employés sur les thématiques ESS et RH.
- Appuyer l'équipe RH dans la gestion des dossiers des employés et et la rétention.
- Participer au développement et à l'application des politiques RH, incluant les programmes de reconnaissance et d'engagement des employés.
- Autres tâches connexes reliées aux besoins ESS et RH.
