We are actively seeking a Senior Director – Projects and Development to join our Marine Works and Dredging team. He will be responsible for the management of the project, estimating and engineering departments, as well as business development and client relationships.

- Be the first point of contact for all project management, estimating, engineering, and business development questions.
- Take an active role in the management and growth of the company.
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships and effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Lead and supervise engineering, estimating, and project teams to achieve their goals and complete their assignments.
- Ensure project efficiency and optimal profitability by implementing best-practice tools and processes that meet the highest Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality standards.
- Be an active leader in the evaluation and adoption of advanced technology solutions for performance optimization, such as automation and artificial intelligence.
- Develop and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Set and monitor KPIs for all aspects of projects, estimating, and engineering.
- Manage and plan assets within a global and synergistic vision of current and future projects.
- Identify and understand the needs of current and future clients, and seize business development opportunities.
- Maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective clients and provide strategic market intelligence.
- Establish HSE priorities in conjunction with HSE management to ensure compliance in the planning and execution of various projects.
- Participate and support the activities of the HSE Management System.
