We are proud of our long-standing partnerships with family-owned Canadian chicken farmers to produce high quality products.Role : We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting in project management, system integration, data ownership, and maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of our HR Information System (HRIS) and related processes.

Responsibilities - Process Improvement and HRIS Administration :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, and deliverables for HRIS projects.
• Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases.
• Configures system to meet ongoing business needs to support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.
