    • Gérer l’administration de nos programmes d’avantages sociaux pour nos retraités.
    • Soutenir notre équipe de gestion de l’invalidité.
    • Répondre aux questions et conseiller les équipes RH et les représentants syndicaux.
    • Soutenir les équipes RH pour la résolution de griefs reliés à leurs avantages sociaux.
    • Assurer la résolution des cas problématiques reliés aux avantages sociaux transmis à notre équipe.
    • Contribuer à la conception et à l'élaboration des processus, des pratiques et des méthodologies de gestion des régimes d'avantages sociaux.
    • Assurer la collaboration avec les consultants externes et les assureurs.
    • Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle? Compétences, connaissances et expérience requises :

    • Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ressources humaines, actuariat ou dans toute autre discipline connexe.
    • Vous avez entre huit (8) et douze (12) ans d'expérience pertinente en administration des avantages sociaux dans un cabinet conseil, une compagnie d’assurance, un siège social ou une multinationale
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché de l’assurance collective
    • Vous avez d’excellentes capacité d’analyse et vous portez une grande attention aux détails.
    • Vous savez gérer les priorités et êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
    • Vous faites preuve d’initiative et de bon jugement.
    • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en Excel.
    • Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.

    • Work in collaboration with HR teams and payroll on the ongoing administration of our group insurance plans in Canada.
    • Participate to the annual renewal process in Canada.
    • Administer retirees group insurance plans.

    • How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, actuarial science or the equivalent.
    • You have between eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in the administration of group insurance plans in a consulting firm, insurance company, head office or multinational company.
    • You have a good knowledge of the group insurance market.
    • You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and you are detailed oriented.
    • You are able to manage priorities and work under minimal supervision.
    • You show initiative and good judgment.
    • You have excellent Excel skills.
    • You have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French.
