We are seeking a dynamic HR Director to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy while ensuring compliance across Quebec and Ontario jurisdictions. Position SummaryAs the HR Director, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring alignment between Morin Supply’s business goals and its people strategy. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development while implementing HR systems and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement. Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and compliance. Talent Acquisition & Management Lead recruitment efforts to attract, onboard, and retain top talent. Develop employee training programs and succession planning strategies to support growth. Employee Relations & Culture Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Morin Supply’s values. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring consistency and fairness. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in and Ontario and Quebec (asset)Maintain, update, and communicate HR policies across the organization. Performance Management & Compensation Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaborate with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits programs. HR OperationsOptimize HR systems, including Dayforce, for payroll, attendance, and employee data management. Track and analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decision-making. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws in

- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Dayforce) is an asset. Key SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of labor regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
