Victim Services Bruce Grey is expanding and seeking a Full-time Continuing Program Manager , based in Owen Sound, Ontario , to help support our staff, volunteers, and community partners. Who We Are
Victim Services Bruce Grey (VSBG) supports individuals, families, and communities impacted by crime, tragedy, and sudden loss. We provide 24 / 7 crisis response and follow-up support across Bruce and Grey Counties, working in close partnership with police, emergency services, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
Our work is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centred, and team-based practice . We believe sustainable services are built when staff and volunteers feel supported, trusted, and connected to one another.

About the Role
The Program Manager is a people-centred leadership role focused on supporting those who support others .
Working closely with the Executive Director, this role helps ensure staff and volunteers have the guidance, systems, and care they need to do their work well — particularly in complex and high-impact situations. The Program Manager supports day-to-day operations, offers consultation and coaching, helps coordinate referrals, and strengthens the systems that allow the team to deliver consistent, compassionate service.
This role also participates in the on-call rotation , offering calm, steady support to responders outside regular hours.
