Position Summary
As a Business / Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering key projects on time and as per the agreed scope. You will deliver comprehensive analysis and insight into projects and reporting solutions, in response to diverse requests driving key business decisions and recommending possible business improvements. You'll support the position using tools such as SSRS Report Builder, Power BI, Visio and Microsoft Project. You will produce detailed documentation on processes and workflows.

What you'll be doing
- Participate in and / or lead projects
- Facilitate process and data source improvement initiatives by designing, writing and implementing process documentation based on collected business and process requirements
- Elicit requirements using interviews, documents, business, product and workflow analysis
- Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team
- Prepare / review system documentation and specifications in accordance with methodology
- Critically evaluate information across multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level data into details and abstract up from low-level data, to a general understanding of the information
- Ability to communicate(verbal and written) with business units that rely on information to define system requirements or organizational processes
- Support stakeholders with analysis and ad hoc information requests, including performance metrics through compilation and interpretation of data pulled from various resources, according to established timelines
