Overseeing all daily branch transfers and making sure that these are handled correctly
If needed assist with all daily parts invoicing / credits and assisting with adding / removing inventory from sales orders and projects.
Act as a backup for PES Administrator for invoicing service work orders and projects
Coding and issuing freight charges and brokerage charges to all PES sales orders and projects from every transport company and customs broker.
Purchasing warehouse needed supplies boxes, tape, racking, bags, etc.
Assisting with overseeing all inventory at all branches also resolving all inventory discrepancies and investigating all issues then reporting to management
Overseeing yearend cycle count for all of PES inventory from start to finish including scheduling inventory auditors and PES monthly scheduled cycle counts
Assist with setting up new branches in various locations (racking, inventory etc...) as required
Overseeing all PES annual parts returns to all vendors.
Assisting with new employee D365 basic training and creating a D365 basic training book for new employee
Receiving & Shipping : If needed placing and arranging incoming inventory on shelves as well as handling branch transfers with picking and shipping
Assisting with getting future D365 projects moving forward such as parts scanning & web base online inventory
General warehouse cleaning and organizing
Assisting management with all daily duties to run department as required
Prerequisites
Education
High school diploma
Forklift certification
Experience
Oilfield and related receiving and inventory experience is preferred.
Experience in a related occupation or as a warehouse worker is preferred.
Basic knowledge of materials used in the construction of oil and gas plants is an asset.
Familiarity with warehousing software is an asset.
Experience with the use and maintenance of basic hand and power tools is an asset.
Experience and license for forklift and Zoom boom is considered an asset
Maintenance of tools and equipment.
Other
Class 5 driver’s license is an asset.

Specific Work Conditions
Fabrication shops are frequently noisy, dusty, busy areas with some confined spaces – attention to personal and team safety is required
May be required to work outdoors all types of weather
Physical Requirements
Must be in good physical condition with the physical strength and stamina required to occasionally lift heavy materials in excess of 20 kilograms and stand for long periods
Frequent bending and working at heights
There is some risk of injury when working with power tools and heavy equipment
Employees must adhere to dress code for safety sensitive areas. Company-standard PPE for shops and yards includes CSA approved steel toed boots and full length pants
Ability to walk on uneven ground that is expected in yards
