Heavy Equipment Technician – Natural Gas Engines – Oil and Gas Plant

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently in need of a heavy equipment technician or field mechanic with experience working on natural gas engines, pumps and plant maintenance.
The job will involve repairs, maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, start-up and overhauls of gas compressor packages working in the shop or in field locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate would have experience working on CATs, Waukesha, Ariel, Frick, Mycom, Superior, etc.
- Skills in performing and adhering to safety standards
- Able to train and mentor others.
- Demonstrated excellence and an enhanced understanding of package drawings, mounting and alignment, commissioning, package operations, mechanical components, instrumentation and electronics.

- Full-time permanent position (guaranteed 32 work hours / week)
- Top of the line pay (at least $52.88 per hour for an experienced and qualified technician)

- Work in a location where there is low cost of living, housing and where you get to go home everyday with rare on-call assignments
