Job descriptionBe the "command center" for trailer tracking, meticulously monitoring arrivals, departures, and on-site movements. Become an expert in our systems, updating trailer status, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring accurate records. Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and loading teams to optimize trailer utilization and meet our customers' needs. Contribute directly to the success of a major player in the Canadian transportation industry. Bilingualism (French & English) - excellent communication skills are a must! 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration Tech-savviness - proficiency with MS Office and web-based programs; eagerness to learn new systems (experience with Truck Mate is a plus) Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail A proactive and solutions-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Previous experience in transportation or operations is an asset

In this role, you'll be the linchpin of our operation, ensuring the smooth flow of trailers and playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and safety.
Title : Equipment Coordinator
Location : Lachine industrial park
Salary : $23 per hour
Duration : long term contract
Schedule : Monday to Friday 4 am – 12 : 30 pm
