KPMG's Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice helps clients address their most pressing concerns, including continuously streamlining operations to unlock value, deliver bottom-line improvements, and enhance quality and service levels.

Our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice is looking for a manager to join our Montreal team to support operational improvement, care system redesign, digital health, and workforce engagements, working directly with senior leadership and clients across the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.

What you will do

As a manager at KPMG, you will assist large organizations in defining, designing, and implementing organizational and digital strategies and solutions. You will understand the workings of major healthcare organizations and be able to communicate with senior executives to add real value.

• You will lead business development activities as well as project delivery while supporting the growth of the team and the development of its dynamic consultants.
• You will lead teams of motivated and talented consultants while maintaining close relationships with your clients and managing the delivery of high-quality work.
• You will collaborate with business experts worldwide to create innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• You will forge close professional relationships with clients at all levels (in a business development and service delivery context).
• You will play a strategic role in the development and growth of our team (business development, project delivery, recruitment, mentoring, administration).
• You will develop and sharpen a business sense commensurate with your ambitions with a leadership team that values teamwork in a person-centered work environment.

You have an educational background and / or professional experience in healthcare and life sciences, operational excellence, management consulting, strategy, or policy development.
