This will involve a large and deep knowledge scope in your Healthcare niche and in Recruitment, but also in Human Resources, Immigration law, Contracts, Accounting, Real Estate, etc. So this is a diverse role, knowledge-rich, where you'll touch upon several disciplines. This would put you in a great position to help organisations, healthcare professionals and patients.Scale-up and Lead :  you will, with the close support of our group, scale-up the Recruitment services that we have already successfully launched in Alberta. Lead :  You will grow and lead your local team in order to achieve this.THE TEAMAs a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including : The Founder and Advisors : Providing strategic guidance and support.Closer Recruitment Americas Management Team : Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Technology Officer.Peer Partners : sharing best practices with the Partners of our other business units in North America.Various freelancersREQUIREMENTSGood experience in recruitment.Location : based in or willing to relocate anywhere in Alberta.Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on recruitment work, closer to our clients and candidates, before scaling up.
