Job description2 days (3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM) 2 days (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) 2 days off (rotation schedule) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (CLPNBC) . Completion of a recognized LPN program from an accredited institution. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassionate, patient-centered care approach. Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in British Columbia. This full-time position offers a rotational shift schedule, ensuring flexibility while delivering exceptional care to our patients. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Work closely with RNs and physicians to assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
- Educate patients and families on health management, discharge planning, and preventative care.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and ethical standards.
- Assist in coordination of patient care, ensuring excellent communication with family members and healthcare providers.
