The Role

Reporting directly to the Founding Director of West Coast Gifts, and supervising the Accountant and AP / AR Specialist, the Financial Controller will be accountable for the financial and accounting operations of the company, undertaking all aspects of financial management, including regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development and update of internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities will also include the development of a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the Company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with all relevant regulations and the generally accepted accounting principles and reporting standards.
