Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screening and Assessment : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
- Interviewing : Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Reporting : Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 yrs Technical Recruiting Experience
Working onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours : 9am to 5pm.
