Genesis Ajax, a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a Genesis Sales Consultant to join our Genesis Sales team! This role is critical in ensuring we provide an unforgettable guest experience. The ideal candidate must anticipate and exceed guest expectations while having in-depth knowledge of the product line-up.
Responsibilities
- Build solid and lasting relationships with customers by assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
- Guide guests through their journey from initial online engagement to the final delivery of their vehicle.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of digital sales processes and conduct vehicle sales in line with dealership procedures to boost sales volume.
- Ensure that every guest receives a remarkable guest experience with positivity and professionalism.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory to provide expert product knowledge.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging vehicle demonstrations and follow up with guest post-delivery to ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and projects as requested by management, contributing to the dealership's overall success.
