JOB DESCRIPTION : (not in order of priorities)

Research tender websites for bid opportunities
Coordinate all tender costing with the respective departments.
Prepare tender submissions within the required deadlines
Follow-up on tender awards
Maintain and develop all tender / contract activities within the companies.
Provide pricing information and terms & conditions of awarded contracts to Customer Care, Sales & Marketing.
Process and submit monthly / quarterly / annual sales reports for tender commissions.
Maintain and implement all process and procedures (including forms and work instructions) related to the Contract / Tender Department. HIRING REQUIREMENTS :
Fluently Bilingual, French / English
Comprehensive understanding of terms and conditions.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based software programs
Experience within tender processing is highly recommended
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills
Work well under pressure & Deadlines
Communicates professionally and efficiently written and verbally
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Canadian Healthcare System is an asset
