Sturgeon Creek ll Retirement Residence has an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Director to join our growing team! Are you a dynamic team player who will take great pride in your role as a Maintenance Director?If so, please review job description below and submit your resume for review.Your main responsibilities will be overseeing our residence's preventative maintenance program and housekeeping department. You would be responsible for the maintenance and repairs involving the building and the grounds, including the pool. You would manage all maintenance contracts. You would be responsible for leading the maintenance / housekeeping team.
