Calling all Accounting Clerks! We have an exciting opportunity located in Milton through Randstad Finance & Accounting.

Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Milton, ON (Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $28/hr
Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Responsibilities
• Processing accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Assisting with accounts receivable duties and payment tracking
• Completing vendor reconciliations to ensure accurate statement balances
• Performing credit reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain and update financial spreadsheets
• Communicating effectively with internal team members and external vendors

Qualifications
• Proven experience in accounts payable, coupled with a working knowledge of accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience performing vendor and credit reconciliations
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, willing-to-learn attitude
