The Role
The Sr Manager, People Systems is responsible for leading all aspects of HRIS system administration, including our core HCM application (Workday), ATS (Greenhouse), as well as data connections to our various payroll, benefits, LMS, IT, and 3rd party applications. The Sr Manager, People Systems leads a team responsible for business process configuration, report development, security configuration, and integration development and support. They will be the main contact point to stakeholders regarding the design and delivery of automated solutions based on the needs of the business. Through their knowledge of Workday modules including Core HCM, Talent, Time, Absence and Compensation, the Sr. Manager, People Systems acts as a domain expert to the organization offering ideas to optimize existing processes while exploring opportunities to leverage new functionality introduced by Workday.
In this role, you will :
- Provide day to day management of the People Systems team, ensuring business priorities and SLA’s are being met and an optimal end user experience is delivered to our managers and employees.
- Manage the People Systems Roadmap based on the strategic goals and priorities established by the People & Culture (P&C) function and the needs of the business.
- Establish partnerships with P&C and business partners to understand and establish priorities, and to proactively share ideas that drive iterative improvements and solutions.
- Leverage their team to build and maintain all integrations in and out of Workday.
- Own all aspects of semi-annual Workday releases, including full impact analysis of changes in functionality and development and execution of regression test plans and tools.
- Lead systems related aspects of special projects / annual activities (i.e. Annual Performance Management process, Annual Benefits Enrollment process, etc.).
- Provide data to various levels of leaders across the organization through the delivery of custom reports and dashboards.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required. The range for this Canada located role is $150,000 - 170,000 CAD.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including : annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
