Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer selected will report to the Training Lead. They will be responsible for delivering services as herein defined. The primary scope of work required from the ID will be to assist in the conversion of PowerPoint presentation / courses into eLearning course material in SAP Enable Now. The Consultant will work closely with the SAP team and business teams in converting instructor-led training material into eLearning content.
The ID's role is to work closely with the designated lead to complete and report on the deliverables as assigned. In addition, the responsibilities of the Consultant include :
- Providing the SAPMP Training Lead with :
- Work Plan updates;
- Regular status reports;
- Issues to be addressed; and
- Risks to be managed / mitigated.
- Adhering to SAP MP project guidelines and standards

Required Qualifications :
The consultant must fulfill the following qualifications :
o Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with 1 or many of the following SAP modules; BM / CM / FICO / Procurement
o Excellent communication skills - listening, written and oral; and
o Ability to plan and prioritize work
Desired Qualifications :
It is desirable for the Consultant to have the following qualifications :
o Prior experience working with Government / Public Sector SAP projects.
