Role Responsibilities
- Provide strategic communication advice and develop products that meet public-facing and Ministry communications needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for CyberAlberta.
- Research, write, and edit a variety of communications products, including speeches, key messages, annual reports, and digital content.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to effectively reach and engage our audience. You'll also manage the branch's LinkedIn account.
- Use data and metrics to inform your communications planning and evaluate the success of initiatives.
- Apply creativity and innovation to tackle projects and solve complex problems.
As a Strategic Coordinator, you'll need to understand the goals and priorities of the Government of Alberta and how they align with ministry deliverables and stakeholder needs. Your proven relationship-building skills will be essential for developing networks and becoming a trusted advisor in areas such as issues management, communications planning, and event planning.
