Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Corporate Restaurant Group
Our restaurants have proudly served customers for over 30 years and we still bring an energetic work environment, commitment to creating memorable dining experiences, and fostering employee growth. A 100% Canadian-owned hospitality group offers competitive wages, benefits, and mentorship for its team.
As the General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modeling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assess financial operations across the restaurant, establishing clear business priorities.
- Guarantee exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction.
- Manage property maintenance, upholding superior standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Direct recruitment, training, and scheduling for all departments, in line with labor targets and operational requirements.
- Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve or surpass financial objectives and performance benchmarks.
