In-home caregiver – private home – JaGe… family
Terms of employment : This job is for a full-time position (between 32 and 40 hours per week). Flexible hours are required. English or French. Job start date is November 6, 2025
Salary : Wage offered is between $17 and $19.00 per hour. Future wage adjustments will be made when the First Quartile wage rate change for this field of work in Quebec.
Location : JaGe… both live in the city of Westmount, Quebec, but at different residential addresses. One location is in a residential neighbourhood, while the other is in a condominium. This job will require travel between both locations each day. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by to each (bus # 24, # 104, # 138). The major intersection is Rte 138 and Clarke ave.
Duties may include :
1- This job is to care for two elderly individuals whom each have multiple age-related heath issues
2- Supervision is required
3- Help with daily routine including personal hygiene, dressing and medications
4- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
5- General housework that will include doing laundry, and dusting
Qualifications :
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
