Profile
Under the direction and leadership of the Industrialization Supervisor, this role is responsible for safely and efficiently managing Production Tool and Equipment Inventory. This position is located at our Calgary, AB manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and maintain tool and equipment records for parts that leave and are returned to inventory
- Tool calibration, repairs, and replacement processes
- Work with the procurement team to order out of stock tools and parts and ensure stock is in place
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools / equipment and requisition stock to replenish inventory
- Inspect and measure tools and equipment for defects and wear
- Locate lost or misplaced tools and equipment, as required
- Track all relevant warehouse and inventory information with a Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system and / or an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of physical inventory
- Additional tasks as required
