Nice to meet you! My name is Lacey. I am serving military member, farmers wife, Dance studio owner and busy mom looking for a nanny to help me support my five children (ages 11 - 4 years of age) in school pick-up / drop offs and extra-curricular activities on evenings and weekends throughout the school year (Sept-June), and full-time care ( 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) in the summer months (July / August). The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license and be able to transport children to and from their various activities. I provide a vehicle / gas for all required driving to and from kids activities / school for our childcare provider to use. Our ideal candidate would likely be a university student with experience babysitting / nannying who is looking for part-time work throughout the school year, 3-4 evenings a week (Monday-Friday - 4 to 5 hour shifts) and day-time hours on Saturdays / Sundays (as I run a dance school that operates on Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the school year - 5-6 hour shifts). We live on a farm 2 miles outside of the town of Balmoral, and a 12 minute drive from the town of Stonewall, Manitoba. Our current Nanny has just graduated from university and will be moving on in the fall to a job in her new field - so we are looking to find someone new who can ideally start on a casual basis this July / August (2026) so that there is ample time for training / transition from our current Nanny to our future Nanny, before the position officially begins in September 2026.
