About Our Client
Our client is a major player in the distribution sector, recognized for its operational efficiency, sustained growth, and commitment to its customers. As part of its strategic development, the company is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Director capable of playing a key role in decision-making and overall performance.
Your Role
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will be responsible for the company's financial health, managing performance indicators, and implementing financial strategies adapted to a dynamic environment with high transaction volumes.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee operations Accounting and financial services (full cycle, financial reporting, audits, taxes, etc.)
Develop budgets and forecasts and monitor variances
Implement and optimize financial processes, in connection with distribution operations
Advise senior management on strategic decisions and investments
Manage the finance team and foster their development
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal obligations
Required profile
Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Experience : Minimum 7-10 years in financial management
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Inspiring leadership, rigor, and strategic thinking
