Our client, a national agency representing manufacturers in the hardware, home improvement, and light industrial sectors, is seeking a Industrial Sales Representative (Construction) for Quebec.

Main Role

Manage and grow sales of the products represented by the agency within the Quebec territory, working with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients and maintain strong relationships (contractors, industrial clients, OEMs)
  • Increase sales of the represented product lines
  • Develop new clients and business opportunities
  • Provide product solutions and expert advice
  • Train in-store staff (presentations, lunch & learns, demonstrations)
  • Conduct site visits and meet with end users
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Report daily activities through an online system
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time within the province

Profile Sought:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Experience in distribution, light industrial, or tools (an asset)
  • Experience in sales, trade, or skilled trades (an asset)
