They are the first and last impression for our guests and are approachable, friendly, kind and hospitable. They work together as a team to provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming them into our restaurants and setting the tone for their dining experience. Each day will present opportunities to exceed guest expectations, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and set a hospitable tone as the first point of contact at the front desk.
- Support the restaurant team in creating an exceptional guest experience and help exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and ensure the reception area runs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth guest flow and operations.
