Le / la représentant(e) du service à la clientèle – Télétravail (automobile, bilingue anglais / français) travaille à domicile et communique avec les clients par appels entrants et sortants et / ou par Internet. Ce poste offre un service à la clientèle de soutien et de résolution des problèmes courants et des questions concernant les produits et / ou services des clients. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Care Rep – Remote (Automotive, Bilingual : English / French) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and / or services.
