The Montreal office is looking for a bilingual technology recruiter with a strong interest in talent hunting and sourcing.
The future recruiter will work in tandem with a project delivery manager. You will join a team of 2 other recruiters and will have to identify, discuss with and convince technology experts to join IT Link as an employee or sometimes as a freelancer for impact projects.
If you're methodical, a go-getter and energetic, challenging and highly motivated to grow our impact in North America, we've got a place for you!
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify and attract top talent.
- Build a pool of qualified and diversified candidates.
- Conduct targeted interviews and assess skills.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Promote employer brand image.
- Use sourcing tools to identify the best profiles.
