Role Description

This is a commission-based remote contract role for an inside sales executive position at CygniSoft Inc. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service in the sales process.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales experience
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Flat Fee Payment Structure for Client Acquisition or Placement

1. Payment for Client Acquisition

Flat Fee Amount : $1,000 per client acquired.

Conditions :

Payment is triggered once the client signs a contract and generates revenue.

The flat fee is a one-time payment for onboarding the client.

Example :

If the individual brings in five clients in a month, the payout will be :

5 clients × $1,000 = $5,000 .

2. Payment for Placement

Flat Fee Amount : $500 per successful placement made for the acquired client.

Conditions :

Payment is made only for candidates placed through the client within the first year of the relationship.

A placement is considered successful if the candidate completes a 30-day probationary period.

Example :

If the individual facilitates 10 placements in a month, the payout will be :

10 placements × $500 = $5,000 .

3. Tiered Flat Fee for High-Volume Performance

To encourage higher performance, introduce tiered rewards :

1-5 Clients : $1,000 per client.

6-10 Clients : $1,200 per client.

11+ Clients : $1,500 per client.

For placements :

1-10 Placements : $500 per placement.

11-20 Placements : $600 per placement.

21+ Placements : $700 per placement.

4. Bonus for Milestones

To further motivate individuals, offer bonuses for hitting specific milestones :

5,000 Bonus for acquiring 10 clients in a quarter.

2,000 Bonus for making 20 placements in a quarter.

Payment Timelines

Client Acquisition : Payment is processed within 15 business days after the client signs a contract and initial revenue is generated.

Placement Fee : Payment is processed within 15 business days after the candidate successfully completes their 30-day probationary period.
