Relevant du Gestionnaire de Solutions TI, le titulaire du poste travaillera dans les modules mentionnés.

Principales responsabilités :

Investigation des billets incidents, problèmes, demande de changement;
Recommander les bonnes pratiques d’affaires, proposer différentes solutions à valeur ajoutée en effectuant des analyses contextuelles et conseiller le client pour le choix d’une solution appropriée;
Colliger des exigences d’affaires, fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, et proposer des solutions appropriées;
Participer à la planification et à l’estimation de l’effort des activités et livrables;
Participer activement aux ateliers en vue de l’élaboration de la conception (solution);
Traduire les exigences opérationnelles en spécifications fonctionnelles et documenter les spécifications de développement / configuration;
Configurer le système;
Documenter la configuration;
Participer à la documentation de la validation des solutions (tests intégrés) et documenter les différents tests prérequis à la mise en service des solutions;
Identifier et rédiger des cas de tests;
Exécuter et documenter les tests;
Participer et analyser les mises à niveau du module (Patch et mise à niveau);
Agir en tant qu’expert auprès des autres membres de l’équipe afin de contribuer au développement de leur expertise du module concerné.

Qualifications requises du poste

Qualifications requises du poste :

Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou gestion ou expérience jugée équivalente;

3-5 D'expérience dans un poste identique;

Minimum de 10 (10) ans d’expérience en analyse et de configuration de solutions SAP ECC6 (EWM);

3-5 d'expérience en analyse et de configuration de solutions SAP avec S4 / HANA et / ou SuccessFactors pour les modules mentionnés précédemment (ou correspondants);

1 ou 2 participations dans des projets SAP S4 / HANA dans un poste similaire un atout;

Certification SAP pour le module SAP concerné un atout;

Connaissance du mode de fonctionnement agile un atout;

Posséder une double compétence (TI + domaine d’affaires);

Maîtriser la configuration des solutions correspondantes au domaine d’affaires;

Avoir un sens aigu de l’analyse, un esprit critique et faire preuve de leadership;

Avoir des habiletés pour promouvoir des solutions optimales à des problèmes complexes;

Démontrer un fort esprit d’équipe et être axés client;

Être capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;

Autonome et rigoureux;

Aptitude à travailler en équipe;

Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la rédaction;

Maîtriser la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et avoir une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.

Critères spécifiques au poste

100% Télétravail avec possibilité de devoir travailler du bureau de Montréal en fonction du besoin du projet (implicitement travailler dans le même fuseau horaire est du Canada).

La majorité des demandes sont de nature opérationnelle pour les systèmes en production : correction, amélioration, mise à niveau périodique, etc.
