SST HR Coordinator

Responsibilities :
In charge of the implementation, training of H&S policies and procedures and ensure that support and education is available to managers and employees on all matters related to occupational health and safety.
Actively participate in accident investigations, registration and safety audits within the plant, development and follow-up of corrective measures, implementation of an emergency plan.
Ensure complete and effective training of employees on various health, safety and environmental issues.
Ensures that all information is maintained and entered into the computer system.
Consult health and safety guides and standards.
Responsible for conditional testing, writing reports on findings and CSST.
Write reports on findings and CSST.
Qualifications :
Must have a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or BAC in Human Resources or BAC in Administration with specialization in Occupational Health and Safety.
2 + years’ experience in the health, safety and environment.
Communication skills, active listening, bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken.
Must have coaching skills.
Positive and dynamic attitude focused on communication and courtesy.
