How will you help us get there : As our Lead Designer, reporting into our CMO, you will work cross-functional with our teams to lead and deliver thoughtful and consistent designs across both Product and Marketing.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that blends both creativity and leadership.
Your Primary Role will be to : Strategic Design Leadership : Collaborate with product and marketing teams to oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand product designs and marketing collateral, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while supporting product development from concept through launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and growth marketers to develop intuitive user experiences and compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions across Product and Marketing channels. Design System Development : Establish and refine scalable design systems, processes, and standards to maintain consistency and support the company's growth.
Team Management and Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional development and high-quality output.
User-Centered Advocacy : Champion user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making, integrating user feedback and analytics into the design process to enhance user satisfaction and business performance.
Design Consistency and Quality : Oversee the execution of design initiatives, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and alignment with brand identity across all product and marketing materials.
Some key attributes of a successful candidate : 5+ years of design experience across product and marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity Proven ability to lead projects from discovery to execution while providing mentorship and guidance to others designers A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and creative marketing work Proven ability to work across multiple channels and formats while maintaining visual consistency Deep understanding of UI / UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards Strong communication and presentation skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively and capable of acting as a strategic thought partner Experience maintaining or evolving design systems and design operations At Opencare, we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
