À titre d’analyste en administration, vous contribuerez au projet d’évolution du module de facturation de l'écosystème technologique le plus moderne pour l’assurance collective sur le marché canadien !
En mode projet et dans le respect des échéanciers établis, vous vous réaliserez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes :
- Afin d’assurer votre rôle d’analyste, procéder à l’établissement des besoins avec les équipes et aux tâches connexes et préalables aux analyses (exemple : animation des ateliers)
- Analyser les situations ou opérations exigeant une expertise et des connaissances en assurance collective au niveau de la facturation
- Élaborer différents scénarios administratifs et recommander les solutions appropriées; Procéder aux tests et participer à la mise en place des solutions; Accompagner les opérations lors de la livraison
- Participer à l’établissement de processus opérationnels efficaces et documenter les processus administratifs; Participer à l’élaboration de programmes de contrôle de qualité; Participer à l’établissement des politiques et directives concernant les opérations de la direction; Participer à la préparation annuelle du rapport de vérification
- Assurer la collaboration entre tous les secteurs et acteurs impactés, communiquer avec les partenaires et agir à titre de personne-ressource pour le règlement de situations particulières et / ou le partage d’information ; Participer à différents comités
- Développer, à l’aide d’outils informatiques déjà existants ou d’outils administratifs, des rapports statistiques et de gestion sur les opérations du service et de la direction
