Member Service Representative
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join a growing financial services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent member service, building relationships, and supporting financial well-being within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders
Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy
Promote financial products and identify referral opportunities
Build strong member relationships through exceptional service
Follow security, compliance, and fraud prevention procedures
Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and operations
Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Banking or financial services experience is an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Sales-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
