Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Representative to join our client local to Ontario on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will consist of the servicing, maintenance and repairs of aerial lift units such as scissor lifts, vertical lifts, articulating boom lifts and telescopic boom lifts throughout the Southern Ontario region. This involves the hydraulics, mechanics and electrical systems. The goal of the role is to minimize downtown of the lifts and ensure new lifts are delivered appropriately with strong customer support. The successful candidate should have 5-years experience in the maintenance and repair of aerial lift or similar equipment and a technical diploma in the mechanical industry.
Must Haves
- 5+ years' experience of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance within aerial lifts
- Diploma within the mechanics industry
- Document and reporting experience for maintenance records
- Customer service experience
