Working at Kairon Labs

We are seeking an Execution Trader to support our clients to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cryptocurrency market and eager to make a significant impact. In this role, you will oversee algorithms to maintain healthy markets, provide daily PNL updates, and offer input to our quantitative development team to enhance and optimize current algorithms.

Responsibilities

Adjust trading algorithm parameters as needed.

Manually intervene in trading algorithms when necessary.

Communicate proactively, timely, and professionally with assigned clients.

Support the algorithmic development team in building or structuring new trading algorithms.

Report and monitor inventory balances and provide daily PNL updates.

Hard Skills Requirements

Highly organized and data-driven individual.

Fast-moving, action-oriented, with keen attention to detail.

Proactive, independent, and strategic thinker.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Strong decision-making skills, supported by data and insights.

Experience trading in crypto markets and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) trading.

Familiarity with Automated Market Making Platforms (AMMs).

Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

A “get things done” attitude.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Native crypto experience or prior experience with a cryptocurrency market maker is a strong plus.
