As a Failure Analysis Technician, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing failures in industry leading broadcast technologies. Your primary objectives will be to identify root causes of failures which will assist in product reliability and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration with various teams will be crucial to ensure the effective resolution of customer return issues. Responsibilities : Conduct detailed failure analysis on Broadcast electronic products. Execute test plans and procedures to replicate and diagnose customer return issues Repair and refurbish products to ensure they meet quality standards before being returned to customers Collaborate with design teams to provide insights for design improvements.
