Inclusive of developing a roadmap and delivering it with ownership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into all areas of the business.Act as a trusted part of our management team, providing insights on technology opportunities and risks across boundaries.Technology Infrastructure & OperationsOversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and robust technology systems.Ensure IT operations are efficient, reliable, and support business continuity.Develop and implement policies and frameworks for cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance.Innovation & Product DevelopmentDrive the development and delivery of technology-driven products and services.Promote a customer-centric approach to product innovation and usability.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled growth.Budget & Vendor ManagementManage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.Oversee relationships with technology vendors and partners to drive performance and innovation.What You’ll Need to SucceedProven experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Technology, IT Director) within a complex, high-growth organization.Expertise in scaling technology systems and processes in alignment with business growth.Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing technology teams.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.Prior experience leading fast paced transforming projects in a startup environment is highly preferred.
