FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST MANAGER

YOUR DAY TO DAY :

You will be the driving force behind the financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes across the organization. You will provide commercial insights, challenge business performance, and lead the development of accurate forecasts, budgets, and management reports. Your role will involve partnering with sales, operations, and senior leadership to drive business growth and ensure financial integrity. Monthly travel to State College will be required to support on-site operations and strategic initiatives.

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR :

Financial Planning and Analysis :

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and investment appraisals.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
