This individual will have experience leading a team of junior salespeople and developing them into strong outbound call converters who can use a Salesforce CRM. The Business Development Manager will be accountable for outbound activity, conversion metrics, and attributable revenue as well as employee engagement. With direct ownership of execution within their sales teams, this role will drive not only results, but also expected behaviors and processes within their teams. With an ability to swiftly adapt to changing dynamics, the sales manager will provide direct guidance and support to his or her sales team, ensuring execution of business KPIs. Responsibilities : Meet or exceed activity, output, and conversion goals for the Business Development team.Share and collaborate with peers to implement best practices and replicate successes across the sales organization.Partner effectively with internal departments to optimize revenue conversion and enhance the customer experience.Work closely with peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in sales programs, tools, and training.Communicate with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders to deliver on promises of speed, ease, and convenience.Enhance efficiency and productivity by promoting best practices and streamlined processes.Represent RBFS Leadership professionally at events, team-building activities, daily sales operations, and customer engagements, both live and virtual.Achieve or exceed employee engagement targets.Actively engage in coaching and action planning to drive results and foster individual growth.Lead and develop the Business Development team, emphasizing overall team effectiveness and individual growth plans.Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, daily team huddles, and other training or meeting initiatives as needed.Utilize reporting and analytics dashboards, primarily from Salesforce, to inform business decisions and recommend areas for improvement.Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree with preference of Marketing or Business3-5 years of experience of sales leadershipProven ability to collaborate, motivate, and train junior sales staffExceptional negotiation abilities.Strong sales leadership capabilities, including direct selling proficiency and mentorship skills.Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and integrity.Capable of delivering and executing tasks within a team-oriented environment.Excellent written and verbal communication aptitude.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software & Salesforce CRMOutstanding interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.If the opportunity to work with an industry leading company, please apply in confidence by directly emailing your resume to Trevor Martin at : [email protected] : / / www.linkedin.com / in / trevormartin12 / Thank you in advance for your interest, only individuals deemed to have the skill set and experience to fit the role will be contacted.
