The Program Coordinator role with e4c’s Financial Empowerment Program works with low-income individuals to increase their financial literacy, skills, benefits and resources needed to attain financial stability.
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of various e4c Financial Empowerment programs that deliver financial literacy training, one on one coaching and other essential supports to low-income individuals and families. You will work from a trauma informed, person-centered approach to successfully deliver financial education to vulnerable people.

Responsibilities
Program Delivery
- Together, with the other members of the Financial Empowerment team, support the development, implementation, and on-going management of a comprehensive Financial Education program.
- Facilitate financial education (presentations and workshops) to a diverse population of participants, both group and individual settings, at a variety of locations.
- Facilitate financial empowerment training to e4c and other agency staff.
- Oversee delivery of programming to match e4c’s strategic vision.
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation and training program for e4c volunteers.
- Engage with community resources to represent, discuss and / or establish collaborations, partnerships, or other services with a focus on improving services to participants.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and attend relevant community meetings to represent the financial empowerment program.
